 Counselling & Clinical Supervision

JMC Counselling & Training provides a 'one-to-one' professional and confidential counselling service. Therapists are accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and other reputable professional bodies.

All practitioners are registered through either BACPs or other reputable professional bodies, such as Accredited Register  (AR).

This register was set up to protect the general public by the Department of Health (DOH), which is answerable and reports to the UK Parliament.

We also provide clinical counselling supervision on a one-to-one or group basis. Supervision is provided by fully qualified and accredited counselling supervisors, trained to level 6, equivalent to degree level.

Counselling Training

JMC Counselling & Training deliver accredited counselling training from levels 2-7 through our awarding body, AIM Awards.  In addition, all of our professional  Diplomas at levels 4,5 and 6 are now eligible to allow students to gain access to the accredited register.

This means that students who complete an accredited course at any of these levels can apply to join the accredited register.

The Department of Health set up this register to ensure the general public will attend safe, ethical, and trained counsellors to the required standards.

Training to become a counsellor with JMC is the right decision!!

     Supporting Employees

Employment Assistant Programme

JMC Counselling & Training provide employers with a first-class counselling service, supporting employees suffering from various issues. Our counsellors will empower clients to work through such problems confidently and comfortably.

Responsible employers who provide this service will not only support their employees in this manner, but such a service will also ensure that absenteeism and lateness are significantly reduced.

This, of course, will ensure that the day-to-day delivery of service is uninterrupted, and the employee will continue to enjoy being part of something that makes them feel needed. This contributes to confidence and self-esteem, which inevitably 'rubs off' on relationships and social interactions positively.
