Counselling and Psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. Here at JMC your Counsellor will work with you short or long term to help bring about effective change or enhance your mental health & wellbeing.
Your sessions are completed confidential, and you will be treated with dignity and respect from the beginning to the end of your therapy. Counselling session can last up to 50 -60 minutes, and it is most common to have counselling sessions in consecutive weeks. Your counsellor can help deal with feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and addiction relationship problems, bulimia and many other issues you may have been suffering.
So, if you have been thinking about attending for counselling, you can do so for an initial appointment, with no obligation to return. Here at JMC, we respect client autonomy, and we believe that you have the right to decide how you wish to proceed.
We look forward to perhaps hearing from you soon!
Joe.
